it's just one time interview with HR, project manager and Projects Commercial Manager. HR will ask regarding behavior and basic question based on CV. project manager will ask about technical question related to welding and project (hardskill like AUTOCAD as well). last, Projects Commercial Manager will ask random question regarding your CV.
