Initially the process went very smoothly, good communication. I was invited for a 2nd teams interview with a director, which went very well and I was invited back for a face to face with the CEO and the same director. I was told I’d get a decision the next week. The days went by and no contact. I chased and chased. No contact. I messaged the Director on linked in, I received one final response saying the decision would be the next week. Then I stopped trying. Let me just say - after hours of preparation hours travel and leaving work early and extending childcare I would have thought that I’d not be GHOSTED by NQC. I cannot believe that people do this. It was the first time it’s ever happened to me but I will forever remember NQC for being unprofessional and I will ensure others in the industry hear my opinion on them. There is no excuse for this.
