Interview
Had a screening call with HR and it was one of the worst screening interviews I ever had. The HR employee tested me on the knowledge of the company and their various programs and then chastised me when I couldn't answer properly. I did not think I was going to make it to the following round but I did.
Proceeded to the following round, the HR employee continued to be a problem during the process. They would not respond for days to various questions about trying to schedule the interview. Then if I didn't respond within 24 business hours, they would call me to ask me if I was even still interested in the position. It took nearly 2 weeks to schedule the following zoom interview. The employee that I interviewed with during this was very pleasant and made me want to continue with the process.
The final interview took a whole month and a half to schedule due to again, the HR employee not responding to me for several days. They would then, again, chastise me for not responding before the end of day to their email when they finally felt like dealing with me. The process was very exhausting and did not make me feel great about the company.
The final interview was in person, in their office and I interviewed with 3 different employees over 2 hours. Everyone was delightful and asked very good questions.
Everyone in the company seemed to be great and a pleasure to work with! It was disappointing that an HR employee ruined the process for me.
