Scheduled Phone Interview. This was my first type of interview and I didn't know what to expect really. I wasn't prepared well enough but if I was more prepared I think it would've been easier.

Interview
Quick and easy with an in depth personality test at home as well. There was a one on one interview with a person in the position I was interviewing for and then the director of a program. Everyone was extremely friendly.
