The recruitment process began when HR reached out to me three to five days after I submitted my application, inviting me to an initial interview. This first round consisted of about 20+ questions and lasted nearly an hour. The second round was an in-person interview, which I found to be a less positive experience. The interviewers kept checking their phone throughout the conversation.

Question 1
This is a fast-paced environment where everyone operates at a medium-to-high capacity, with a lot of pressure and a lot of people under stress. Because of that, feedback often comes from people who are stressed, so it's usually very direct and harsh. How do you handle feedback from a lead or manager?
HR call first, then an in-person at their head office. There was an assessment before the second round, followed by a debrief on both. The HR person was pleasant enough but clearly hadn't read my resume. No heads-up on what the assessment involved. No follow-up on whether I got the job — just silence. The team looked miserable in the office. People from the department I was interviewing with no-showed. The one who did show up was rude and full of himself. HR person was nice, just clearly overworked.
