First met with the HR recruiter, who gave details about why the job was open, high-level about comp and benefits. Interview with hiring manager was conversational, straightforward about job requirements and my capabilities & interests. Additional interviews with a manager in adjacent department, and second-level manager, followed by discussion with HR exec about the shape of the offer. Everyone was open, straightforward, mutually respectful, so while it was detailed, it was not painful or adversarial.
