Recieved a phone call from HR department for phone interview. Extremely pleasant person to speak with and easy going. I was then set up for an interview at the division office. It's a panel style interview. Two interviews consisting of two managers per interview. Took about 2 hours total. As others have mentioned, be prepared to answer behavioral style questions and be prepared to give specific examples of past experiences that demonstrate your ability to handle difficult scenarios.
