Interview
You fill out the requisite employment information on their website and are called in for an interview at their headquarters. Very standard procedure, they request that you dress business professional to see if you meet the dress code standards. Once the interview is over, if you're hired, you take an introductory course on the spot regarding the work and are given your name tag.

More like an onboarding process. Spoke with the the head of property management on the phone. Had a brief screening where they asked about my previous experience. Was called in for the "interview" which consisted of me just filling out paperwork and learning more about the job. Was able to pick up shifts the next day.
