Application
I applied online. I interviewed at NYU (New York University) (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
First received a phone call after a few days of submitting an online application. They then asked me to come into the office so I had to fly in on a Sunday for a Monday interview. Met with HR first and they then showed me around to other departments that had similar openings. I then got called back for a second in person interview, third interview in total where I met with an executive. They then called me back about references and would let me know about their decision pending the results from the references.

Question 1
How would you describe your organizational skills?
It was two rounds of interviews, one with HR and one with the team you’ll be working with. Overall, it was very fair. The first was over the phone and the other was conducted by zoom.
The interview process was overall very fast paced and efficient. A lot of emailing and some HR phone calls. Usually 3 rounds of interviews with different people. Mostly online through Zoom or phone calls. They have you do a few online assessments in basic Word, Excel, Grammar etc but those tests are both easy and quite annoying. The system is very old.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NYU (New York University)
Interview
There are typically 3 interview rounds: hr pre screen, meeting with the hiring manager and an hr rep, followed by a final panel interview with cross functional team members. If you move to the 2nd round, the time between the 2nd and 3 round sometimes takes long or even after the 3rd round it can take a while to hear back.
