The process was standard for interviews and applying for jobs. The First round interview was a typical phone screen with a human resources representative. Then second round interviews with the hiring team.

I got a call to schedule the interview. The first interview was with 2 Supervisors (about an hour) and the second interview with the Dean (again roughly an hour)
Then I was offered the position.
