A reasonably standard interview process. I was interviewed online via Zoom with my manager and Human Resources representative. Followed up with reference checks and providing evidence of qualifications, grades, employment history.

Interview
Unfocused with a lack of purpose. Difficult to discern what they sought in a candidate or the function of the role. Poor client feedback.
Was disappointed that the various interviewers did not seem to have engaged on previous rounds and seemed to have been briefed around different roles.
