There is a video interview and if they like your answers you will get a one-on-one interview with the panel. They sent me some questions to answer via email and record my answers after which I send them to a whatsapp number for review. I never got a response back. :(

They asked me to tell them about myself on the video interview. They also asked about how I align with their company core values which were quite hard to find online as I could not find them main ones. Nothing too technical on the first round .
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Namibia Breweries (Windhoek) in Dec 2019
Interview
Very efficient and professional all people were represented. No one is left out everyone feels part of the team. It was very open, transparent and fair. No questions were left unanswered, both the interviewer and interviewees could ask and answer every question that was at hand.
