I applied online. I interviewed at Nana Direct (Riyadh)
Interview
Two interviews, one was with direct managers and one with HR. It was forward and easy, they mainly asked about my experiences during my undergraduate studies and my graduation project.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nana Direct (Riyadh) in Dec 2021
Interview
Unprofessional.
Their recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn asking if we can have a phone call to discuss a vacancy, I responded that I prefer an email since phone calls are unreliable for delivering information. This wish wasn't respected.
After two months I got a phone call, without a caller ID, from a cellphone from them that went into an impromptu interview immediately, and then I got another phone call about my availability for an interview the next day.
I was shocked with a "Bait-and-switch" since the phone call impromptu interview was related to my current job, in data analysis. The google calendar online interview had a title with a different job altogether. "Growth Specialist" and when I asked them in a replay email for the job description they didn't respond.
I looked at the job description elsewhere and looked at average salary and compared it to my current job. It was hilarious. I am currently a Data Analyst and they think its a good idea to switch to Growth Specialist.
Overall, an unprofessional company.
