it was good they asked questions which is nice and i felt really comfortable would definitely suggest getting an interview there very good thank you nandos how isnt this thirty words yet why do i have to do this
One on one interview with management early in morning before restaurant opened. Multiple questions in a conversational format. Mostly about personality and how I would fit in to company culture.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nando's (Orleans, ON) in Nov 2015

Walked in on a sunday looking for a job. Asked to speak to the manager. After looking over my resume, he gave me an interview on the spot and asked me basic questions about customer service and previous experience although I had no previous serving experience. Was asked to start training the next day.
