It was a 6 hour process that included a panel interview, one on one interviews with the CEO and CTO. The CTO provided a very detailed and comprehensive tour of the facilities. A 45 minute presentation is required. They wanted to know about my career and academic achievements. Lunch was also provided. Very knowledgeable and highly intelligent staff that does not approach in a condescending manner. The experience was very positive.
