There were 3 rounds of interview. First round with reporting officer, second round with director, third round with HR. Questions centred around motivation for applying and past experience. Interviewers were pleasant enough.

Interview questions were about motivation for applying and past work experiences.
Straightforward 2-interview process. First was with the school’s manager and deputy director. For SIT, there was a topic to prepare slides and present. Once they accept you, the second interview was with a panel of senior management with the HR director.
2 interview process- one teachback- presentation, lecture style to see your ability to lecture, the other one with senior management for suitability. Generally adequate time to prepare for the interview
