Interview
The interview was conducted through skype, unfortunately the video did not go well due to slow internet connection. This may be my issue. The recruiter was so humble that he immediately called m in my mobile and continued. Its a great surprise for me that recruiter of such a ranked university could be so cooperative. It was not an interview, it was my learning session, job seekers should experience that.

Interview
The interview is quite short, about 15 mins. The process was smooth and able to answer all the questions. During 1st interview, they asked candidate to prepare slides for 2nd interview which will conducted by director. After prepared slides, then no news at all, follow up with them also did not reply whether need to wait for 2nd interview or they already reject me. Until now already 2 months.

Very bad experience, at least tell the candidate if not offering. Luckily I din get offer. I dowan to work with this kind of employer.
Quite a standard interview process, e.g. tell me about yourself and your research / key publications. expectations and alignment of interests with the PI. hr / admin process is reasonably quick
Quite simple and easy, already knew the employer so discussed mainly job responsibilities and other questions related to my research interests. Discussed in detail about my PhD work and what I had accomplished during grad school
