I applied online. I interviewed at Napier Technologies (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Oct 2024
Interview
Three stage interview process, one with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager, third with the VP of Tech. One and three are basically a given, hiring manager chat is definitely more conversational with a few tech questions
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your experience with kubernetes, have you used Azure before, experience with Terraform, CI/CD processes
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Napier Technologies (London, England) in Jun 2023
Interview
I found the whole process simple and refreshing. A 'no nonsense' approach to hiring. I had an initial screening, followed by a meeting with the CRO and another meeting with the CMO and Head of EMEA. I liked how my interaction with each stakeholder was personable and human. The process also enabled me to showcase my experience and skills by sharing my screens and providing examples of my work. This was well received. Overall a great recruitment experience end to end!

Question 1
What experience do you have in building inside sales teams?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Napier Technologies in May 2023
Interview
Applied on their website following a posting on LinkedIn. Got a request for an interview 2.5 weeks later, 45 minutes long. No phone screen. Interview was a 1 on 1 with a senior member of the department. Was extremely unstructured and conversational. First talked about my background. Afterwards, talked about some of the technologies they use and how I've used them in the past. Discussed similar challenges we've dealt with in the space. Interviewer seemed lukewarm throughout. 2 days later, hr got back. No offer, pretty shocking to me given my existing experience meeting their job description to the letter. Competitive field of candidates, supposedly.
