Initial phone screen with technical recruiter talking about the company, role, etc. First interview with a director talking about tech stack, skill-based questions. Second and final interview with VP talking about problem solving and specific company needs.

Asking about a previous job, they wanted to hear about a situation with a defined problem statement and how I went about solving that problem.
