Interview
Met with VP of Sales & CEO. They sell that you can make a lot of money, but when you sell something, they take forever to pay you. The CEO has a history of screwing sales people out of commission by deferring revenue in the contract. You are paid well for new license revenue which is standard; however, the CEO will make the contract out as if the whole deal is maintenance just so he doesn't have to pay commission.
