National Autistic Society interview questions

Remote interview with questions provided ahead of time was great for convenience and prep. Actual interview style was quite aggressive and unnerving, especially when considering the company. A number of things mentioned in the interview were concerning, such as, how busy they are (sounded like a translation for over worked), the need to work with vague or ambiguous information (not ideal for autistic people). When I questioned their employee wellbeing strategy, the response was that they have never had to think about it. I withdrew my application following the interview.
