The process was filling out and application and leaving it in a drop box. Then if you were called in you took a test and a tour of the plant. Then you are interviewed by one of the Supervisors

they sat me down at a desk and had my take a test, and then i left. pretty simple and friendly environment. i was greeted at the gate by an hr representative. i was taken around given a quick tour and after the tour i began the test that they give to all employees
