I interviewed at National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (Rochester, NY)
Interview
Very quick and easy. It took less than 6 months to begin the position and the interviews were 3 steps. I think that the background check took the longest but the fingerprint was easy to get.

A lot of the hiring process depends on how you fit with the team and people. They want to know that you will be able to contribute to team dynamics and also get the job done. Huge fans of people who are self starters and display interest in the mission and building a career at the organization. For selection, honestly, it depends on how competitive the people you apply with are.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first two were conducted online due to COVID, but the third was in-person. The first was with the director of my department, and the second was with HR, followed by a session with a licensed psychologist who assessed my readiness for the position. If you're invited back for a third interview, it means that they want to hire you. At the third interview you are shown the kind of material you'd be dealing with on a day to day basis, and then have a debrief with a licensed counselor who is there to support you in making a decision about whether the company and job is right for you.
