Question 1
How would you communicate with people who do not share the same opinions as you?
They asked questions you wouldn't expect, which caught me off guard. There are quite a few questions to go through and it takes about an hour. They were mainly behavioural and tried to get a sense of who you were as a person to see if you aligned with them, instead of talking about your past experiences.
