Interview process included a phone screener and in person interview. High level behavioral questions were asked and an overall it was a friendly experience. An offer was extended within a week of the interview.

Interview
First interview was a very informal phone call. The second was a one on one in office interview. Overall it was relatively straightforward. The interviewer asked a lot of behavioral questions regarding how i would handle issues without my manager around. The only negative of the interview was that the interviewer continually answered and made phone calls during final interview.
