Interview
1.) I submitted an online application. Was then contacted for a phone screen. 2.) The 21 minute phone screen went well. I was told I'd be moved forward to next rounds. Immediately, I sent her a Thank You email.
Three days later she reached out asking my availability for a phone interview, which I eagerly gave. But, she GHOSTED me after I had sent my availability and two follow-up emails. Total radio silence. Suddenly, about 3-weeks later, a completely different person sent an email, “We’re excited to continue the conversation.”, “Your interview with (first name only) is (insert date and time here)”with: No regard to my availability, no apology, no explanation and no mention of NCC Direct not responding to my follow-up emails.
Instead, after I responded to them, I was GASLIT and told that I had missed the interview and that I had failed to respond to their follow-up messages.
This experience was disorganized and unprofessional. Such mental and psychological manipulation was HORRID!!
I better understand this company's negative reviews. If this is how they treated me as their job candidate, can you imagine how they would treat me as their employee???
