once application has been accepted you will get a telephone interview explaining more about the job offer. if they feel you will be suited for the job / you are still interested you will be invited in for a interview 1 to 1 and a driving assessment. the interview will consist of drug and alchol and highway code test. then the one to one interview it self. everything is explained to you through out your journey of the application for apply to be a coach driver through national express and the recruitment team is more than helpful.

Brief phone interview followed up by a driving assessment and In-person interview. Job offer in principle after five days subject to CRB and medical checks. Overall straight forward procedure, conducted very professionally. Extremely excited to join the team.

The process started with the maths & highway code test, then a breath test, followed by a driving the coach instruction, drugs test then interview, all done in a professional and friendly manner. Very enjoyable.!!
