Roughly 50 people turned up for a single position. The morning started with everyone sitted in a single room and presented with information about the company and the managers themselves. We were later split into 5/6 groups ( 9-10 people per group) and was given scenario situations. At the end of the day they called out 5/6 candidates for an interview and even then they only had one position open.
They shouldn't waste people's time that way, instead of inviting all 50-60 people why not bother checking there CV first too see if there best suited for the job
