They use HireVue which has been the most disgusting and demoralising thing I have done in my life. I've been made redundant at Openreach as a Fibre Engineer, I've got A* + A at A-level and GCSE, and still they didnt progresss my application beyond HireVue. Well, I'll be another 20 year old unemployed person living in the UK. I hate my life so much wish I could just get into a car accident and I die (no one else).
