Application complete on line , follow up call with HR confirming salary expectations then two person interview at company office in Warwick. Interviewers were friendly and able to share views of the culture. Follow up reasonably quickly.

Recruiter wasn't brilliant though, very pushy at first and ghosted me after
Would have been more keen if it wasn't a temporary contract but apparently that's normal for the company
1- Submit a resume
2- If you're selected, they will contact you by email where they give you an appointment date to take a test.
3- You have to pass the test. The test is basic stuff like math, english, problem solving, and accuracy.
4- After you pass the test, you earn a interview.
5- Pass the interview.
6- You get placed into training for several weeks/ months.
7- Pass your training
8- Hired.
