Very straight forward but it felt like I was being interrogated, so I felt really off put by that. Overall they seem to already not want me from the beginning.

Manager and employees are easy going. The interview is more focused on understanding you as a person instead of drilling technical skills or asking trick questions. There are still some technical topics but the questions felt less like an exam and more like a conversation

It was two parts. I had 2 people interviewing the first time. And the principal and the AP interviewed me the second time. They asked roughly the same question the second time.
