I emailed an application to the supervising attorney, who interviewed me a few weeks later. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and I received an offer the following week. The interview was pretty standard, we discussed my resume and interest in the region.

Thorough interview, guided me through process of working for federal government for the first time. Interviewed with three people. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Learned a lot about the agency through the interview process.
