Long and drawn out. I interviewed for over 3 months and went as far as speaking to over 10 people AVP, VP, Directors. The recruiters dragged me around through the process. The team was great, interviewed well. They specifically stated you do not need the industry experience for annuity/life. Looked for leadership, and experience with people and call center. 3 of them stated they came with no industry experience. After while, they called and passed on me for one role for new business. STATING THEY NEEDED industry exp is why they passed. Which was false. Honestly was probably discrimination at best. I was well qualified and met the expectations.
