The interview consisted of a run down of my past experience by the Department Manager and of an introduction to the Senior Credit Rep. The interview was not a hard interview at all. I was asked about my experience, which I answered mostly with what was on my resume. Most of the interview was spent not talking about business or the position itself, but rather about myself, which I felt was refreshing, but I was still not sure exactly what I had to do until after I was done with my first day at work.
