National Outdoor Leadership School interview questions

The process was okay. After investing time in the process and getting to the 2nd round with leadership they never followed up. I completely understand going with another candidate (totally fair!) AND I also understand not having the time to response to everyone in the early stages of a process; however, I found it pretty rude that they never got back to me and at least let me know - seems like a common courtesy. To me that speaks volume about the level of care and consideration for others. And, the experience soured my view of NOLS a bit (from having previously been a participant in one of their programs).
