Nationwide Finance Leadership Development Program interview questions

Video interview with them from my campus. They mostly asked basic things about your understanding of their business. Things like why they decided to open up a bank to go along with the core insurance business. When I interviewed in Columbus, there was two interviews. The first was a case interview related to identifying fixed vs variable costs. The second was labeled as the technical interview but was pretty casual.
