I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nationwide (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2015
Interview
pretty simple interview. Already having a P&C license along with customer service experience got me in the door. This was actually an agent I worked for rather than Nationwide itself
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a difficult situation you were once in and how you handled it.
i applied through a temp agency, video interview with temp and then another with the hiring manager for Nationwide. Nationwide got back to the temp agency within a few days. During the video interview we went over daily expectations and pay.
Much research is required for interviews these days. Company knowledge of products and culture is a must. All of the companies that I have interviewed with don’t seem to care to hear about the person.
it was brief and the lady didn’t ask me many questions. She seemed very uninterested and bored in the interview. I was happy when it was over. I am now working at McDonalds and I am sad.
