Interview
Had an interview with 2 claims managers and one person who was typing up my answers. Interview was typical and relaxed. Asked questions about my experience in insurance and advised what the job would entail (though this info was inaccurate, 4 months in they restructured the department completely changing my role).

Tell me about a time when you had to deliver a no to a customer
Someone from HR will reach out to you to schedule an interview if selected. The interviewer is very nice and makes the process comfortable and easy. They got back to me quickly.
Interview process took a few months. The interview are held with 2 different people from the hiring team. They ask you questions regarding experience and how you would react to certain scenarios. Overall the experience was good. I was able to learn about the position and its day to day.
