Nationwide hires mostly interns as entry level and offers full time jobs. I was hired as an intern during job fair held in my university. Interview process was short and easy.
There are 2 different round. First is for interview with the recruiter and then with the team tech lead.

It was a pretty basic interview process, Though it took forever due to a hiring freeze. It consisted of 3 interviews. A phone screening, in person with the team, and a third with the team manager.

Turned into full-time employee from an intern. As an intern the interview was pretty relaxed. recruiter reviewed my CV, asked about my earlier experience, whether or not I'd like to relocate, salary expectations etc.
