Interview
Took about a one hour and it was virtual due to Covid. The interview process was pretty straight forward. I met with two members of the property team and they had 5 to 6 interview questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with change.
Submitted application and heard back from recruiter via email. Was asked to do an online questionnaire, which ended up being a screening interview (written responses). I applied for 6 similar positions for which I was well qualified and I spent considerable time with my responses. I never got moved to the next step. This makes me think the questionnaire requests are automated.
