Total crap. Applied and waited weeks before I even heard anything. Then they gave us an assignment I researched and spent hours on. Interviewed again. It was all going really well. Then I got turned down. Just strung me along for weeks.

Interview
There was an initial phone interview where you answer prerecorded questions and you are recorded. If you pass that, there is an on-site interview. They ended up cancelling the training position altogether after I did my in-person interview.
