First I applied through Indeed.com. I was contacted by a recruiter who advised me they wanted to move to the next step and that another recruiter would be contacting me to setup the interview specifics. 2 days later I received an email with an attachment of a pre-screen questionaire to be answered and sent back along with performance reviews and an updated resume. I received a call later that day with my interview date/time. During the Interview I was made very comfortable. I interviewed with two SR's because they were both looking for the same position to fill. First they wanted to go over my resume, they then asked what questions I had, discussed the needs of the position. Then asked 5 behavioral questions. They advised me that the next step was meeting with the director, then a drug test. The interview was today so I'm still waiting on the process to complete and an offer to be made.
