The interview process consists of 3 stages: a phone screen conducted by the hiring manager to review your background and interest in the role, followed by a virtual interview with the HR Director and Accounting Manager to explore your experience and qualifications in greater depth, and concludes with an onsite interview where you will meet members of the HR, Operations, and Finance teams.

Can you walk me through your experience and how it relates to this role?
Straightforward. They ask a set of questions for every new employee regarding the interviewee's strengths, weaknesses, experience, and cultural competency. Currently initial interviews are held over Zoom. Depending on the position you may also be asked to shadow the position.
