I was offered the job on February 1, and then an offer letter never actually came. And then I was ghosted. I interviewed for the role of Social Media Manager. I had to do four interviews which were 60 minutes each, along with an assignment where I had to create videos for their social channels. The first two interviews, as well as the fourth interview with one-on-ones, while the third interview was a panel with three people and myself. After the 4th interview, I was offered the job, but then ghosted and it’s been nearly two months, Come to find out, via the recruiter, that Natural Balance didn’t even have the clearance to hire for the position… so why are you interviewing people?
