A phone call from HR to set up a phone interview with the team lead. the phone interview was a quick call where he talked about the company, the team, and the job. I talked about my working history and that's it. later I was invited for an on-site interview with 2 members of the team. The on-site interview: Not very nice people, I felt like in the army where the officers couldn't smile to break the distance. every time I asked a question about the company/role they looked annoyed. later I had a short test - not too hard, on paper. I think I did pretty good in the test - at least that's what they told me. but I got no email or phone call - not even the standard: thank you but we regret to inform you, we decided to move with other candidates.
