      The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nautel (Halifax, NS)

      Interview

      The first stage was a phone interview with an HR manager about previous work experience and gauge general personality and workplace fit. The second stage was an on-site technical interview with the team lead and various developers. The methods of evaluating skills were very dated - expect whiteboard questions to implement various algorithms and explain the complexity (average case, best-case, worst-case, etc.)

      Question 1

      Write pseudo-code to implement a sort algorithm (bubble sort, quicksort, etc.). Explain the complexity in O-notation. Identify any possible errors or flaws in your implementation.
      Answer question
