Pretty simple process 3 rounds. HR call, Teams call with hiring manager, then onsite interview. I drove 3 hours to visit onsite and the interview went well. The conversation was positive and seemed very interested to move forward with onboarding and hiring me. 1 month later completely ghosted. They stopped responding to my follow up emails and calls and I even rejected another offer to wait to hear back as I was hoping to join the team. But nothing. Exciting project but very mismanaged company. Financially they are not profitable so seems like they are posing that they are doing well by going through interviews and job postings. Don’t waste your time here they’re not hiring , at least not until they’re actually profitable.
