Interview was conducted virtually. Lots of general questions to start. Interviewer was nice and personable. Lots of general questions about work history and personality. More focused questions on decision making, specific leadership skills, and why I wanted the job specifically. Answers were sent to hiring managers and they reached out if they wanted to continue the interview process.
