Hiring process is very smooth. They will never recruit an person from same company. DCNS seek different people from different companies. Normally you will have 3 round of interview. Nothing very difficult to attend. Normally they will pick the resume from JOB sites. References also there, but they will give first preferences to JOB sites.

Nothing like that, they will ask only about your previous experience. You will ask some funny questions during your salary negotiations.
