Naval Nuclear Laboratory interview questions

Standard panel interview with behavioral questions. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management and the engineers and I got the vibe they only know buzzwords but not what they actually mean. For instance I was told their software developers are individually designing full systems from scratch every sprint which is certainly not true. The engineers and developers themselves seemed like they would be great people to work with though.

It was a relatively quick interview with multiple different people. They asked more behavioral questions than technical. The questions were typical questions that you would expect from an interview. They responded within a month.
